One of these yards is about 65 feet wide and runs the 450 foot length of lawn and light landscaping space behind this mansion, giving it more than 29,000 square feet of space. The other side yard of this mansion is the much vaster one which includes two swimming pools and the patio which surrounds them.

As stated above, the smaller of these two side yards measures 65'x450'. The larger of these two measures more than 130'x450'.
