Note:
Fashioned after its formsake from the book Dinotopia, this neighborhood-sized town juts out from the distinct slope of Inisfree's central and largest mountain.  Fed from the 1st of 8 Waterfall-spouts arranged at even intervals around the top, outer edge of the Avalanche Wall, the canal which enters the higher side of this construct splits and branches out into numerous other streams, becoming dozens of smaller waterfalls leading down into two main ones, both of which further branch off into the two main canals which travel farther down this slope of Inisfree's central mountain, finally terminating in the two ponds past Arch City, and Flower Towers Field.

Orientation:
Waterfall City II, as it is now called, is situated high up on the slope of Inisfree's central mountain, 1.25 miles above ground level (the base of the inner face of Inisfree's Perimeter Wall), overlooking two lengths of the Glowing Art Highway, and facing one half of the Welcoming Square, offset just a quarter of a mile from being directly centered upon, and looking down into, the innermost ramp-hatch of Pearly Gate 1 (the city gate through which all newcomer traffic comes).

Note:
For those recovering from tinnitus, Waterfall City II here is the ideal resting stop.  Guests here will not hear the ringing in their ears; the many waterfalls in all directions prevent that, instead ensuring our guests residing or relaxing here enjoy only the sound of running, flowing, falling, and foaming, crystal clear waters.
